Born and raised in Toronto, in the Wallace Emerson Area, I was raised by a hard working and honest European immigrant family.
Since the very young age of 5, I always wanted to be an architect and be some part of building a city. Involved in competitive soccer for between the ages of 7 and 18 years old, I developed the necessary team working skills, a competitive edge, dedication, and tried to be a leader and thrived to be at the top. At 14 years old, I wanted to help out with my dad with an entrepreneurial spirit and see what I could do to grow his business. When I was 15 years old I was inspired to be a real estate investor. I went to school and studied architecture, took my real estate license and by the time I had one year left of architecture I was already in real estate sales at 19 years old competing with the veterans of our office.
Instilled with a confidence in myself and growing that entrepreneurial spirit, I had a vision and path laid out for my future. Later on when entering the real estate industry, others in this business when first meeting me said I had a natural talent for this and was born for this.
At 19 years old I was already a top producer at Royal LePage. When graduating from architecture, I decided to pursue my career in real estate due to the success and knowledge I was gaining. At 21 years of age, I bought my first investment property in one of the prime locations in Toronto. While gaining lots of real estate sales experience, I was also getting the necessary first hand experience of ownership and investing. As a result of that working ethic, dedication and drive at a young age, I was able to become the top seller at Royal LePage Supreme realty at the ages of 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and was among the Top 3% of all of Canada for Royal LePage Canada at 28 years old and an honored recipient of the Award of Excellence, a award that is based on consistently being at the top of the industry, year after year.
I bring lots of experience on the sales side but can also bring to the table the true life experiences I have had first hand in all aspects of the real estate industry and can provide my clients with all the necessary advice so there are no surprises and you can experience and look forward to a smooth transaction. Being the reputable Go-To-Agent in The Wallace Emerson area, I have sold many properties in that area within my career from the low 300’s to over a million dollars.
Today, I have built a portfolio of real estate property in Toronto, a database of loyal and trustworthy clientele and with over $100,000,000 in sales, I bring the knowledge and experience that not many can provide for their Sellers and Buyers. I use my architectural background to lead my investors and builder clients to make smart and informed decisions about development, severance, zoning by laws for certain areas and certain street, building codes. I was fortunate enough to be in and adapt to different markets; buyers markets, stable markets, hot sellers markets, super hot sellers markets and weird markets, and that experience and Knowledge has proved to be invaluable.
The formula was simple – knowledge, experience, hard work, dedication, loyalty and trust. For many this is hard, for me it was a natural talent.
